Kroger Community Rewards Program

Getting setup to donate your Kroger Plus Card Reward Points to Texas EMS is simple, easy and much appreciated!

Registering an Account

1. Visit kroger.com and click the “Register” button at the top of the site.
2. Fill out the form and click the “Create Account” button.

Please make sure that you add your Kroger Card number when registering as it is required for the Community Rewards program. If you do not already have a Kroger Card number you can create one while Registering your account.

Adding Community Rewards

1. Visit kroger.com and click the “Sign In” button at the top of the site.
2. Click the “My Account” button and scroll down to the Community Rewards section of your account page.
3. Click the “Enroll Now” button.
4. Enter the name “Texas EMS”.
5. Select Texas EMS from the list and click the “Enroll” button.

That’s all there is to it.
